This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships at all levels within customer organizations, from technical end users to business executives.
• Develop, sustain, and implement strategic account plans.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as large-scale customer enablement, executive business reviews, and onboarding of new customers.
• Act as the principal advisor for technical projects and strategic business outcomes.
• Recognize and address risks within the customer portfolio.
• Navigate the Chronosphere ecosystem to eliminate barriers, promote adoption, and maximize customer value.
• Represent the customer's voice to shape product development and strategies for customer success.
• Promote the adoption of Chronosphere’s platform and features, delivering measurable benefits and communicating ROI.
• Provide strategic insights to assist customers in achieving their business objectives.
• Contribute to the advancement of Customer Success playbooks and best practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical, customer-focused roles such as Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of large, intricate customers with $1M+ ARR.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve measurable results.
• Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders, including DevOps, Engineering, CTOs, and CIOs.
• Skilled in tailoring communication for diverse audiences.
• Capable of owning account strategy, influencing executive discussions, and proactively driving adoption and growth.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Proficient in discovery, stakeholder management, and value-based storytelling.
• Practical knowledge of observability, monitoring, and cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and distributed systems.
• Possess a curious and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to turn ambiguity into opportunity.
