This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering consultative advice on measurement strategies, brand lift methodologies, product features, best practices, and campaign effectiveness.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships through proactive engagement, regular business evaluations, and ongoing collaboration.
• Evaluate study performance, customer data, and measurement outcomes to identify trends, discover opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
• Educate and train clients on Cint's Measurement product offerings and capabilities, facilitating adoption and long-term success.
• Simplify complex technical, methodological, and analytical concepts into clear and practical recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations teams to address customer challenges and enhance the overall experience.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer by pinpointing recurring themes, product deficiencies, and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Track customer health, engagement, adoption, and growth metrics, including active users, campaign launches, and revenue growth, to identify risks, showcase value, and support long-term success.
• Oversee multiple customer relationships, projects, and priorities simultaneously while ensuring a high standard of quality and responsiveness.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources, including Cint proprietary software, Excel, Databricks, and Salesforce.
• Ensure customer objectives and business goals are met through proactive planning, communication, and follow-through.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Cint's measurement products, methodologies, and the evolving industry landscape.
• BA/BS degree.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, client services, market research, consulting, or another client-facing analytical role.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of articulating complex, technical, or data-driven concepts clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated capability to establish credibility and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable interpreting data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions.
• Comfortable leading consultative conversations with customers, delivering presentations, and conducting business reviews both in-person and via virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.).
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
