This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Acquainting yourself with established practices and processes.
β’ Gaining knowledge about the product and its domain.
β’ Developing the processes and functions for the Customer Success team.
β’ Recording experiences and processes associated with the product and enhancing knowledge bases.
β’ Responding to incoming client inquiries for assistance through ticketing systems.
β’ Taking on call shifts to assist clients with critical issues via escalation pathways.
β’ Capability to manage Tier 1 technical issues acquired through experience, education, or a combination of both.
β’ Excellent communication skills that facilitate support for both internal and external stakeholders through written documentation and verbal customer service.
β’ A positive mindset and a solution-oriented approach to delivering customer support for inquiries from both internal and external sources.
β’ Diligent and detail-oriented with a talent for creating thorough process documentation.
β’ An approachable demeanor and readiness to address phone calls, emails, and/or tickets or respond directly to customer inquiries.
