This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with Revenue Operations across Customer Office teams.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and agentic solutions throughout the Customer Office technology stack.
• Develop and enhance automation and intelligence layers on Salesforce and the wider GTM stack.
• Act as the AI specialist, collaborating with Enterprise Systems and Architecture teams to define and enforce data models.
• Utilize Customer data to generate AI-driven insights and workflows.
• Stay ahead of advancements in AI and GTM technology by swiftly evaluating and testing new tools and methodologies.
• 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in RevOps, GTM systems, software engineering, or technical roles within B2B SaaS.
• Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, and automation frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and contemporary GTM technology stacks.
• Proficient technical skills (e.g., Python, APIs, integrations, data workflows).
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions in business contexts.
• Solid understanding of Customer Success processes and revenue operations.
• Capability to convert business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable functioning as a senior individual contributor.
• A strong curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI to tangible business challenges.
