This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Conduct outbound calls to a designated segment of the agency's business portfolio to provide assistance or rewrite policies.
• Ensure the successful fulfillment of rewritten business.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the Medicare Supplement/Advantage range.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues for policyholders.
• Utilize multiple systems while handling consumer calls.
• Execute case management tasks in Salesforce, which includes creating, documenting, and closing cases.
• Cross-sell additional products to current clients.
• Identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities.
• Achieve departmental objectives and key performance indicators, including monthly occupancy rates.
• Participate in regular and on-demand team meetings and training sessions.
• Provide a consistent and outstanding customer experience through positive, empathetic, and professional interactions.
• Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one (1) year of pre-sales or customer service experience.
• Previous experience in the Medicare health insurance sector is preferable.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting while managing and prioritizing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Reliable hard-wired, high-speed internet connection with an Ethernet port.
• Required internet speed of 30+ Mbps for downloads and 10+ Mbps for uploads.
• Cell phone system that has been updated within the last two years for system access.
• Designated HIPAA-compliant workspace is necessary.
• Private and quiet work area that can accommodate a desktop computer with multiple monitors.
• Ability to focus fully on SVG responsibilities during assigned working hours.
• Adherence to security policies and standards.
• Reporting of security incidents.
• Completion of assigned training.

• Starting pay of $22/hr with uncapped commission potential.
