This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

β’ You have 1.5+ years of experience in Customer Support, VIP support, or Account Management, and you know how to create a wow service.
β’ You possess English language skills (B2+) for natural communication with international clients.
β’ You have experience working with CRM and Zendesk, think analytically, and seek solutions based on data.
β’ Empathy and proactivity help you prioritize the client.
β’ You write and communicate confidently, learn quickly, and adapt to changes.
