⛳️ Requirements

β€’ You have 1.5+ years of experience in Customer Support, VIP support, or Account Management, and you know how to create a wow service.

β€’ You possess English language skills (B2+) for natural communication with international clients.

β€’ You have experience working with CRM and Zendesk, think analytically, and seek solutions based on data.

β€’ Empathy and proactivity help you prioritize the client.

β€’ You write and communicate confidently, learn quickly, and adapt to changes.
