This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
β’ Assist customers in achieving optimal outcomes by enhancing their experience with Autodesk solutions.
β’ Leverage data-driven insights to proactively engage with customers, aligning product functionalities with their goals.
β’ Develop strategies for adoption to maximize customer value and increase product utilization.
β’ Identify and connect with at-risk accounts using discovery techniques, redirecting them towards successful outcomes.
β’ Collaborate effectively across departments, including Sales, Renewals, Channel Partners, Support, and Services.
β’ Provide a premium experience that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.
β’ Discover and identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through value exploration and strategic dialogues.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing position.
β’ Experience in the AEC industry is a valuable asset.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently while delivering measurable results.
β’ Proven experience in navigating cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external parties.
β’ Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
β’ Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription-based business models.
β’ Knowledge of Autodesk customer industries, including AEC, MFG, and M&E.
