This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Addressing inquiries from members about our products and services.
• Overseeing member accounts, including transactions related to debit cards, fiat, and bitcoin transfers.
• Engaging with members in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner.
• Taking responsibility for member concerns, following up on pending requests, and escalating issues as needed.
• Guiding prospective members through the onboarding process, from application to full membership.
• Conducting Zoom sessions to assist prospective members with the onboarding procedure.
• Providing education to prospective members regarding our offerings and facilitating Zoom calls when necessary.
• Checking queues in Kustomer to identify prospective members who may be experiencing delays in the onboarding process and reaching out to assist them if required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting, managing queries through live chat and email.
• Strong proficiency in English, with an additional language (such as Mandarin or Japanese) being a plus.
• Previous experience in the fintech or banking sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape is highly beneficial.
