This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate intimately with the Head of Customer Success to facilitate a diverse range of operational and customer-facing tasks.
• Take ownership of and manage the complete provisioning lifecycle for new customer orders.
• Organize and schedule customer service reviews while preparing comprehensive service reports.
• Conduct database administration and maintain data integrity.
• Assist with internal management processes and fulfill reporting obligations.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at Continuous Service Improvement.
• Identify and propose enhancements to existing processes.
• Offer ad-hoc administrative support across various business functions.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with client service stakeholders.
• Aid in coordination activities related to sales.
• Communicate with suppliers and service delivery partners.
• 1-2 years of experience in provisioning and project coordination.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and time management abilities.
• A proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong skills in data handling and presentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and services.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Service Ticketing systems.
• Desirable: Experience with billing or revenue-related delivery milestones.
• Understanding of contracts, SLAs, and service onboarding procedures.
• Experience working remotely for international companies.
• Exposure to cybersecurity services (SIEM, MXDR, endpoint security).
