This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Identify potential clients to engage with, understanding their business requirements and offering customized product recommendations to drive revenue.
• Perform research on customer contracts and history utilizing platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to discover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Present product demonstrations and develop customer-specific use cases to emphasize the value of the solutions provided.
• Effectively manage your sales pipeline, delivering accurate updates to management regarding progress and forecasts.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer issues and enhance product adoption across various solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, comprehending their business objectives and providing advisory support.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience in outbound sales, focusing on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Strong grasp of cloud-based solutions and subscription models.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage decision-makers, recognize customer needs, and close deals through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
• Capability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline and achieve weekly, daily, and monthly sales objectives.
• Proficient in analyzing customer data and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Confidence in presenting to and advising C-suite decision-makers.
