This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the HCP office workflow and provide electronic solutions (such as portals) that enhance the patient prescription experience.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of and advocate for AbbVie’s HCP-facing portals and other electronic solutions, acting as a subject matter expert.

• Collaborate with AbbVie field teams to deploy and present solutions to HCPs within the assigned territory.

• In conjunction with an HCP office, assess and identify areas of delay and disruption that may impact patients' prescription experiences to ascertain if an AbbVie digital solution could be beneficial.

• Cultivate relationships with HCP offices utilizing a portal/solution and provide consistent updates on new functionalities that align new or unused features with patient requirements.

• Engage with AbbVie field teams in a compliant manner.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in working with medications that necessitate prior authorization and the use of specialty pharmacies for prescription fulfillment.

• Strong knowledge of drug acquisition and dispensing in the immunology specialty biologics sector (Buy and Bill, Specialty Pharmacies, Specialty Distributors, etc.).

• Excellent skills in territory and account management.

• Prior experience in health care sales or working within a health care environment is preferred.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to qualify for and maintain a fleet vehicle.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging shared interests to achieve results.

• Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements that influence pharmaceutical prescribing.

• Proven ability to identify patient needs indirectly through discussions and inquiries with healthcare providers.

• Demonstrated capability to map and comprehend internal processes.

• Ability to utilize gathered information to think strategically and manage complex HCP environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven ability to influence others, including internal colleagues, through expertise.

• Strong computer proficiency is required, including understanding of Windows and internet browsers.
