
Customer Solution Partner – Services Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and secure new service engagements in partnership with Account Managers/Sales.
• Actively engage in sales cycles, addressing all facets of Coupa services.
• Design, estimate, and/or define engagements, both directly and via partners.
• Assist in creating tailored service offerings to satisfy client requirements.
• Provide insights to the Solution Delivery Team regarding the relevance of existing packages to customer demands, fostering continuous enhancement.
• Demonstrated experience in selling consulting projects, solutions, or managed services for a Software/SaaS company, with a strong understanding of procurement and accounting processes.
• Experience in managing service engagements for large, multinational clients, showcasing success with executive-level prospects and C-level executives.
• Credible at all organizational levels, skilled in building robust relationships internally with clients and partners.
• Methodical and thorough, yet solution-oriented and service-focused, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets and proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Word, OpenAir, or comparable applications.
