This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to: Insurance coverage, Billing inquiries, Policy modifications, Premium adjustments, Renewals.
• Offer clear and precise explanations to assist clients in comprehending their policies and available choices.
• Provide professional, friendly, and responsive customer service via phone, email, and various digital communication platforms.
• Accurately process policy updates, endorsements, and renewals.
• Examine premium adjustments and aid in policy analysis.
• Navigate carrier rating systems and insurance platforms effectively.
• Assist producers and agents with administrative tasks related to policies.
• Ensure that policy documentation is organized, current, and compliant.
• Help clients in compiling necessary documentation for claims processing.
• Coordinate with adjusters and internal teams to facilitate timely claim resolutions.
• Maintain organized records of claims, policy documents, and client communications.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to relevant insurance standards and internal protocols.
• Conduct policy reviews to verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Support compliance with NAIC regulations and carrier requirements.
• Keep digital files and customer records organized.
• Assist with operational and administrative workflows related to policy servicing and customer support.
• Collaborate with agents, producers, underwriters, and account executives.
• Stay informed about carrier guidelines, industry standards, new insurance products, and policy updates.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support.
• Prior experience in insurance support is highly advantageous.
• Background in administrative support and client-facing service roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong skills in follow-up and problem-solving.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with EzLynx, Applied CMA, or insurance agency management systems is preferred.
