This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supervise and handle customer service escalations.
• Work collaboratively across departments for swift resolution of customer concerns.
• Evaluate and determine the severity of complaints.
• Oversee workflow, prioritize tasks, and guarantee that KPIs are achieved.
• Maintain client documentation and assist with organizational tasks as needed.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a professional level.
• Willingness to adapt to weekly schedules, including weekends.
• Demonstrated capability to manage several projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
