Customer Service Specialist with Automotive Background

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluation and analysis of damage and defects on pre-owned vehicles

• Partnership with automotive repair shops

• Facilitation of communication among customers, internal teams, and external service providers

• Technical advice and support within the team

• Enhancement and development of processes and solutions

• Guaranteeing a positive purchasing experience for customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the automotive industry, such as a mechatronics technician, auto body technician, or automotive service advisor

• Ideally, some previous experience in customer service

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers

• Organized, self-driven work style and a collaborative team player

• Proficiency in the German language

• Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)

• English proficiency is an advantage

• Enthusiasm for cars and a desire to learn about new subjects
