This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and effectiveness in all interactions.
• Enhance customer relationships by cultivating trusted, long-lasting partnerships.
• Collaborate with operational teams and clients, offering technical support and timely responses to inquiries.
• Analyze market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for service improvement and evolution.
• Carry out satisfaction and performance evaluations, measuring promised outcomes against what is delivered to customers.
• Recommend solutions that align with the realities of the nuclear medicine market and R2PHARMA’s technical strengths.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
• Familiarize yourself with the company's products and assist in the creation of technical and guidance documentation.
• Present solutions to customers and provide training as necessary.
• Examine commercial data to aid decision-making and uncover opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and any relevant updates in the field.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management or similar fields.
• Experience in the nuclear medicine sector is essential.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Background in technical and regulated environments will be advantageous.
• Valuable experience liaising between technical, operational, and commercial teams.
• Proficiency in KPI analysis, customer satisfaction, and process enhancement will be appreciated.
