This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Quickly and efficiently address client concerns: Assisting clients and partners with requests to modify or cancel bookings through our CRM platform.
• Provide guidance: Offer knowledgeable advice regarding bookings and our range of products.
• Foster communication: Interact with suppliers, hotels, and clients through email and phone.
• Utilize systems: Effectively operate CRM systems and our internal databases.
• Proficiency in English: Upper Intermediate level in both spoken and written forms.
• Interpersonal Skills: Display kindness, empathy, resilience under stress, politeness, and a sense of responsibility.
• Fast Learner: Possess the ability to quickly grasp new information and maintain a focus on results.
• Technical Specifications: A working computer and microphone are essential.
• Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel sector and booking systems is a plus!
