• Provide Level 1 support through phone, email, and ticketing systems for clinical applications and workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve routine issues; escalate more complex problems as necessary.
• Oversee user accounts and access management across various platforms.
• Ensure prompt and accurate case resolution while upholding high service quality.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated clinical systems, facilitating essential vaccine-related operations.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, demonstrating empathy and clarity
• Capable of multitasking in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in a helpdesk or service desk role is advantageous; a background in life sciences or healthcare is preferred
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new systems.
