Customer Service Specialist, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide Level 1 support through phone, email, and ticketing systems for clinical applications and processes.

• Diagnose and resolve typical issues; escalate more complex situations as necessary.

• Oversee user accounts and access across various platforms.

• Ensure prompt and precise case management while upholding high service quality standards.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for particular clinical systems, aiding vital vaccine-related operations.

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, demonstrating empathy and clarity.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Previous experience in helpdesk or service desk roles is advantageous; a background in life sciences or healthcare is preferred.

• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new systems.
