This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support for HSN while handling inbound customer inquiries.
• Assist customers through effective problem-solving and de-escalation of unique situations.
• Promote products and drive sales while managing a high volume of calls.
• Confirm refunds, process payments, place orders, and analyze account information.
• Report to a designated Customer Service Supervisor.

• At least 12 months of experience in customer service.
