Customer Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in daily collaboration with the Print Development, Artwork Production, and Quality Control teams.

• Provide support and guidance to customers on ongoing print and packaging initiatives.

• Process and manage orders utilizing SAP and internal systems.

• Maintain customer data and manage projects within the Product Lifecycle Management system.

• Monitor the progress of projects and proactively communicate updates to customers.

• Address inquiries via phone and email.

• Analyze reports and take appropriate actions as necessary.

• Prepare certificates, reports, and invoices.

• Assist with administrative processes and credit-control tasks.

• Coordinate the shipment of samples and manage dispatch activities.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, account coordination, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with the printing or packaging industry—preferably in corrugated packaging and/or flexographic printing.

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Strong customer focus and a passion for direct customer interaction.

• Ability to clearly and understandably convey technical information.

• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to set priorities independently.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Very good command of the German language, both written and spoken.

• Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused approach to work.
