Dutch Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Support online customers with their orders, delivery inquiries, payment issues, and product questions through phone and email.

• Deliver exceptional, friendly troubleshooting and solutions to customer inquiries.

• Serve as a dependable point of contact for sellers on external platforms.

• High School Diploma.

• Excellent communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others.

• Willingness to complete two brief online screening assessments.

• Availability for rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00.
