This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and deliver outstanding customer support

• Reply to emails and phone calls

• Resolve issues faced by clients

• Assist with travel arrangements and reservations

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate closely with the finance department to process payments

• Provide assistance with budgeting

• Oversee invoicing
