Customer Service Scheduler – Office Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and online requests

• Assist homebuyers and real estate agents in the inspection scheduling process

• Clarify inspection packages and supplementary services

• Foster rapport and deliver a compassionate, professional customer experience

• Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns

• Schedule and confirm inspection appointments

• Coordinate inspector availability and daily routes

• Manage adjustments to calendars, reschedules, and cancellations

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of inspection details

• Input and maintain precise customer information

• Update appointment records and notes

• Monitor pending opportunities and follow-up tasks

• Assist with appointment reminders and communication workflows

• Deliver outstanding service to referring real estate agents

• Adhere to established communication standards with Realtor partners

• Contribute to strengthening long-term referral relationships through timely communication and professionalism

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, scheduling, inside sales, or call center roles

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

• Comfortable utilizing multiple software systems simultaneously

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup

• Professional telephone demeanor

• Preferred experience in real estate, mortgage, title, insurance, or home services

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• Experience in inside sales or appointment-setting

• Background in remote work
