Customer Service, Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephone outreach to finalize pending customer inquiries

• Follow up on previously dispatched offers and quotes

• Assist in the sales process and provide customer service support

• Reach out to potential leads and prospects who have shown some interest

• Maintain and systematically manage customer data

• Ensure effective and compliant communication processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the German language, both written and oral

• Possess a clear and professional telephone presence

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or phone-based customer interaction is a plus

• Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently

• Dependability and a consistent commitment to established procedures

• Friendly and professional attitude in customer interactions
