This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
β’ Accurately and comprehensively document all customer accounts immediately following any actions taken.
β’ Utilize job tools and resources effectively, applying basic troubleshooting techniques to address customer inquiries prior to escalating issues.
β’ Assist with straightforward certificate requests and manage email correspondences efficiently.
β’ Take initiative and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision to ensure the highest level of service.
β’ Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and channel requirements, demonstrating empathy in every customer interaction.
β’ Provide valuable frontline feedback on recurring customer challenges to enhance processes and AI responses.
β’ Perform additional duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
β’ Flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs and various communication methods.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues before escalating them.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ Proficiency in commonly used customer service software and systems, including CRM tools.
β’ Strong time management and multitasking skills to efficiently handle multiple customer interactions and tasks.
β’ Comfortable using AI-enabled support tools (e.g., chatbots, AI knowledge bases, or generative AI assistants) for information retrieval and drafting customer responses, with a willingness to learn and adhere to company guidelines.
