Customer Service Representative, Spanish Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

• Serve as the initial contact for customers of a globally recognized consumer brand

• Address inquiries through phone, email, or chat in Spanish, delivering exceptional service

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) – both written and spoken

• Good command of English (B2 level) to navigate training and internal tools

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Collaborative spirit and a customer-centric approach

• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
