This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offers fundamental lesson assistance for Live Online instructors and students
• Fosters positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Addresses customer inquiries and resolves complaints through phone, email, and case management
• Maintains accurate customer records
• Conducts orientations for first lessons
• Organizes lesson schedules for both customers and instructors
• Promotes customer re-enrollments
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with web-based software applications
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred
• Proficient in Portuguese at an expert level; intermediate proficiency in English
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
