This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Initiate outbound calls to clients, internal teams, and various departments
• Effectively handle a large volume of calls and email interactions
• Organize and schedule field events, including meetings with technicians, clients, and homeowners
• Provide outstanding customer service while fostering strong client relationships
• Employ professional de-escalation techniques to address complex client issues
• Precisely document project notes, client communications, and data into internal systems
• Prepare and secure necessary work authorizations and documentation
• Manage files and execute additional administrative tasks as required
• Arrange meetings, monitor action items, and follow up with stakeholders
• Oversee project timelines and support in eliminating obstacles for clients and internal teams
• Rapidly learn and adapt to new software platforms and CRM systems
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced call center, project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
• Extensive experience in managing both inbound and outbound customer communications
• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
• Strong skills in de-escalation and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or equivalent
• Proficient in using project management and CRM software tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or comparable platforms
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable navigating various systems and quickly mastering new technologies
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools, and maintaining accurate data entry
• Capable of working both collaboratively and independently in a remote setting
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
