• Develop, update, and manage our supplier database specifically for payment services.
• Take charge of supplier outreach through email, phone, and other communication channels to gather and verify information.
• Proactively identify and highlight discrepancies, incomplete data, or potential issues.
• Clearly communicate with internal teams to address queries and ensure accuracy from the outset.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide customers with precise information regarding our products and services.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been adequately addressed.
• Accurately document customer interactions within the organization’s CRM system.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or surpass performance benchmarks for relevant KPIs.
• Continuously enhance product, service, and process knowledge by engaging in training programs and ongoing learning modules.
• Collaborate with other departments as required.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards both customers and colleagues at all times.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• At least 2 years of prior customer service experience, ideally in a call center setting.
• Experience in finance-related roles such as billing, invoicing, or payment processing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to ask clear, insightful questions.
• Highly organized, reliable, and consistent in follow-through.
• Comfortable working with systems, repetitive workflows, and outreach including phone calls.
• Capable of working independently while recognizing when to escalate issues.
• Experience in operations support, data entry, or administrative roles is advantageous (not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity and experience with a CRM system is a plus.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
