Customer Service Representative – Part time

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers.

• Perform research to deliver solutions that address customer concerns.

• Utilize multiple systems and applications concurrently to document interactions and offer precise solutions.

• Achieve set targets for all performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and adherence to schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Willingness to work on weekends.

• Proficiency in computer usage.

• A wired internet connection (fiber, cable, or DSL) with speeds exceeding 15 Mbps is mandatory. Satellite and 5G connections are not supported.
