This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manages customer inquiries through a maximum of two communication channels, including phone, email, or chat.
• Effectively resolves intricate customer issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Records customer interactions in the organization’s CRM system.
• Maintains professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
• Works collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns.
• 2-3 years of prior customer service experience, ideally within a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Preferred knowledge and experience with a CRM system.
• Skilled in using computers and various software applications.
• Technical background with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or Front Ninja is a plus.
• $150k remote allowance.
