This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Manage a high volume of live chat and phone interactions.
• Assess and understand customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and thorough information.
• Address complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Make an extra effort to engage with customers.
• Over 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Proficient in both English and German.
• Available to work on weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Strong proficiency in using IT for professional purposes and capable of handling somewhat technical inquiries from customers.
• Outstanding written communication skills and an attentive listener.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and control time efficiently.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant advantage.
• Multi-lingual skills are a considerable plus.
