This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Manage a high volume of live chat interactions and phone calls.
• Assess and understand customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
• Deliver precise, valid, and detailed information to customers.
• Address complaints effectively, providing appropriate solutions and options within established timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Go above and beyond to engage and connect with customers.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer-facing role or as a customer service representative.
• **Fluency in both English and German** is essential.
• **Availability to work on weekends and during irregular hours, including night shifts.**
• Strong proficiency in using IT tools for professional purposes and the capability to address somewhat technical customer inquiries.
• Excellent written communication skills coupled with effective listening abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant advantage.
• Multi-lingual skills are also a considerable asset.
