Customer Service Representative, French-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat regarding product inquiries, purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds, and general support — primarily in French (with English as needed).

⛳️ Requirements

• EU citizenship is mandatory.

• Proficiency in French at C1 level or higher.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

• Basic computer skills are required.

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

• Prior experience is not necessary (customer service experience is advantageous).
