This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the client onboarding process once sales are finalized
• Manage follow-up activities and gather necessary documentation
• Respond to tax-related inquiries (mid-level expertise required)
• Collaborate with sales and office personnel
• Handle incoming calls, redirect inquiries, and arrange meetings
• Maintain communication threads using Go High Level
• Assist with administrative tasks and database updates
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Representative in either B2C or B2B settings
• Proven experience in the Financial Services and Tax-related sectors
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication abilities via phone, email, and instant messaging
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Tech-savvy and familiar with modern technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
• Knowledgeable in online calendar management and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive and self-assured with a sharp attention to detail
