This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond quickly to client inquiries and requests received through phone or email.

• Direct inquiries to the relevant department when necessary, ensuring prompt and precise resolution.

• Issue certificates of insurance and confirm coverage as required.

• Provide precise information concerning insurance products, coverage options, and policy specifics.

• Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications, and updates.

• Process insurance applications, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently.

• Investigate and address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Manage administrative duties and documentation related to customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is preferred).

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a similar position (experience in the insurance sector is an advantage).

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in the Russian or Ukrainian language is mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with and experience in using Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is preferred.

• Capability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities.

• Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
