Customer Service Representative, Dutch-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming communications from customers.

• Perform research to deliver answers, assisting customers in resolving their concerns.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for premier accommodation partners, addressing fundamental inquiries related to room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet tools.

• Supply precise, valid, and comprehensive information through the appropriate tools, methods, and processes.

• Maintain a high level of partner service and ensure a positive experience for partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Dutch and English.

• Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Ability to recognize, apply, and articulate your knowledge of the product or service.

• Computer literate.

• Access to high-speed internet in a quiet home office environment.

• Resident of Greece or capable of relocating and obtaining work authorization promptly for Greece.
