This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Manage incoming calls with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
• Offer precise information and assistance to customers and accommodation partners.
• Address inquiries regarding room modifications, pricing, availability, extranet usage, and general questions.
• Ensure that all information provided is thorough, accurate, and verified.
• Maintain exceptional service levels and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Continuously expand your knowledge to improve resolution rates on the first contact.
• Native or fluent in Dutch, with strong English skills (B2+).
• Ability to articulate product and service details clearly.
• Willingness to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using MS Office.
• Resident of Greece or ready to relocate promptly.
