This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage a high volume of live chat and support tickets within designated language queues.
• Assess and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and thorough information regarding platform features, products, and processes.
• Address complaints, offer appropriate solutions and options within specified timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Assist in gathering feedback for workflow and product enhancements, including AI bot performance, SOPs, and internal tools.
• Engage in the validation and testing of AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and SOPs as required.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing an exceptional experience.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by team leaders.
• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Strong IT skills with the capability to manage moderately technical customer inquiries.
• Outstanding written communication abilities and active listening skills.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots is necessary.
• Practical experience in bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality assessment is advantageous.
• Understanding of the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in English and Danish.
• Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
