Customer Service Representative, Commercial Call Center – Persons with Disabilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Previous sales experience is advantageous.

• Must be available to work a 6-on/1-off schedule (Monday through Saturday).

• Work hours are 6 hours and 20 minutes per day.

• Must have an internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

• A wired network connection is necessary for desktop use.

• Clear and direct communication skills are essential.

• Knowledge of customer service techniques.

• Strong active listening skills and ability to analyze customer needs.

• Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.
