This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Offers specialized support to members in the market

• Engages with members within the market

• Guarantees that members can access primary care physicians and specialists

• Informs members about any care gaps they may have

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service

• Preferred experience in high-volume inbound customer service

• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding

• Ability to type 40+ words per minute

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
