This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Offer assistance to the Customer Service and Sales departments.
• Enter customer orders and perform general clerical tasks.
• Daily maintenance of data within the ERP system.
• Place orders for clients in collaboration with account managers.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to schedule smaller orders.
• Send weekly inventory reports to clients via email.
• Support the customer service team by shipping items to customers.
• Respond to emails and direct phone inquiries.
• Take messages and forward them to the appropriate individuals via email.
• Assist AM with shipping items, packing, and ensuring shipping innovations reach the correct addresses.
• Manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Acquire knowledge of the shipping coordinator role to serve as a backup.
• Lead and complete various projects for the customer service and sales teams.
• Work with other customer service personnel to ensure the Master Production Plan is updated promptly.
• Aid in maintaining a customer database alongside the Pre-Planner.
• Provide weekly updates to the Director of Customer Service with pertinent information regarding weekly customer communications.
• Strong organizational abilities that demonstrate the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
• A highly resourceful team player who can also work effectively independently.
• Flexible in adapting to various competing and frequently changing demands.
• High level of proficiency in computer technology and systems operations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage frequent interruptions.
• Consistent attendance and reliability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Experience with ERP systems for support and data entry.
• Background in manufacturing and/or dietary supplements is beneficial but not essential.
