This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound calls
• Address customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Establish lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Guarantee customer satisfaction with each interaction
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process and update customer accounts, and organize documents
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Representative in either a B2C or B2B environment
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
• Proficient in phone, email, and instant messaging communication
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
• Experience with word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
