This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while assisting customers with inquiries related to insurance benefits and claims.
• Conduct research and analyze data to resolve operational issues.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Record database activities and customer interactions for tracking and analytical purposes.
• Adhere to quality standards to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Possess a High School diploma or GED.
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role within a call center setting, preferred.
• Familiarity with Health Benefits and eligibility is preferred.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Competent keyboarding skills, including database management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgement and negotiation skills.
• Required to be fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Reliable internet access provided by a cable or fiber service.
• A designated workspace for your office or measures taken to safeguard company information.
• A working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit must be available on-site.
