This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Promptly and professionally addresses customer inquiries through a maximum of two communication channels, including phone, email, or chat.
• Delivers comprehensive information regarding products and services to customers.
• Efficiently resolves complex customer issues in a timely manner.
• Follows up with customers to confirm their issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
• Accurately documents customer interactions in the organization’s CRM system.
• Manages cases requiring escalation to higher-level support or management, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Effectively handles high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and composure during issue resolution.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
• Achieves or surpasses performance targets related to KPIs.
• Engages in training programs and continuous learning modules to enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes.
• Works collaboratively with other departments as necessary to address customer issues.
• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward customers and colleagues at all times.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with a CRM and/or CMS tool (such as Salesforce) is advantageous.
• Competent in using computers and various software applications.
