This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage incoming voice calls and effectively handle a high volume of repetitive inquiries during peak times.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently using pre-approved scripts and communication guidelines.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and "reasonably credible" tone in interactions with investors.
• Adhere to a structured call flow and appropriately utilize designated escalation pathways for complex cases.
• Log, track, and manage all customer interactions using the VoIP system on the JustCall platform.
• Accurately record customer interactions within the organization's CRM system.
• Engage in training programs and ongoing learning modules to enhance knowledge of products, services, and procedures.
• Achieve or surpass performance benchmarks for related KPIs while following company policies and procedures.
• Provide basic clarifications and reassurance based on existing written communications with clients.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.
• Prior customer service experience or a comparable background.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a required neutral accent.
• Ability to exhibit a "reasonably credible" demeanor in interactions with investors.
• Proficient in computer usage and various software applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
• Must adhere to the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) IT equipment policy.
