This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Promptly and professionally addresses customer inquiries through a maximum of two communication channels, including phone, email, or chat.
• Offers detailed information regarding products and services to customers.
• Efficiently resolves complex customer issues in a timely manner.
• Follows up with customers to confirm that their issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
• Accurately document customer interactions within the organization’s CRM system.
• Manage cases that need escalation to higher-level support or management, ensuring their resolution is handled efficiently.
• Skillfully navigate high-pressure situations, maintaining professionalism and composure while addressing issues.
• Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Achieve or surpass performance targets for relevant KPIs.
• Enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes through participation in training programs and ongoing learning modules.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues consistently.
• Prior customer service experience or its equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer use and various software applications.
• Preferred knowledge and experience with a CRM system.
• Experience with Zendesk in supporting customers.
• $150k remote allowance.
