Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and customer emails promptly and professionally.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns.

• Keep accurate customer records and update our database with pertinent information.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support as needed.

• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.

• Refer any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and foster positive relationships.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong aptitude for problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Comfortable working remotely.

• Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.

• Availability for full-time work, including occasional weekends and evenings.
