This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Handle incoming phone calls from patients and provide answers to their inquiries.
• Return calls to patients who have left voicemail messages.
• Address patient email requests promptly.
• Fulfill additional requirements as necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service related to phone support.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated empathy.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Ability to function well in a team environment.
• Must provide your own computer and a suitable work-from-home setup, including a headset.
• Must reside in a main city in the Philippines with stable power and internet service, experiencing minimal outages (not in remote areas).
